Grants of up to £1,000 are now available to support small scale native tree planting schemes across Dumfries and Galloway.
The clean heat market is a rapidly expanding sector and Scottish Enterprise are making support available to help companies take advantage of the opportunities it presents.
Forth Valley and Lomond (FVL) Local Action Group (LAG) have announced the next deadline for applications for Community Led Local Development (CLLD) grants is the 30 August 2024.

NatureScot has published an evaluation of the Improving Public Access (IPA) scheme.
The aim of the scheme was to improve links and connectivity, path conditions and barrier-free access in rural Scotland, alongside the Agri-Environment Climate Scheme (AECS) and as part of Scotland’s Rural Development Programme (SRDP).
Scottish food businesses, producers and groups are encouraged to apply for grants of up to £5,000 to promote and champion produce from their local area.
Scotland Food & Drink Partnership’s Regional Food Fund, launches its fifth round with £100,000 available from the Scottish Government to support regional food activity across Scotland.

Wild Strathfillan, a new ambitious nature restoration initiative in the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, has become one of seven delivery projects in Scotland to receive a generous and substantial funding boost to the value of £1.1 million thanks to the Scottish Government’s Nature Restoration Fund, managed by NatureScot.

Rural Payments and Services is delivered by the Scottish Government’s Rural Payments and Inspections Division (RPID), with delivery partners. RPID is the accredited paying agency in Scotland.
