Moy Country Fair offers a diversity of entertainments and activities for all of the family! The emphasis is on field sports activities with competitions in fly casting, gun dog handling and clay pigeon shooting.

Activities in the main ring differ from year to year but in 2024 you can expect to see a spectacular performance from freelance mountain bike stunt team, Savage Skills as well as gun dog and farrier demonstrations, falconry displays and much more.

Take your pets for the day and enter them into the children's pets parade or, if you have a terrier, try out the terrier races. Please note that only "ground terriers" will be eligible for entry.

Our Food Tent and Cookery Theatre is a great way to explore Scotland's Larder. This year we are working in collaboration with Inverness-based company, Bonk & Co, who are supplying an AGA cooker to allow a series of cookery demonstrations to take place.

There is an abundance of stalls selling the best of Scottish produce and there could be anything from traditional fare such as Venison to Arbroath Smokies, or you could purchase a Scottish made dog harness or walking stick.

This year, we are proudly supporting the RNLI in what will be there 200th anniversary year. The RNLI charity saves lives at sea. Its volunteers provide a 24-hour search and rescue service around the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland coasts. The RNLI is independent of Coastguard and government and depends on voluntary donations and legacies to maintain its rescue service. The RNLI will be hosting a series of life jacket clinics and water safety demonstrations at Moy Country Fair.

The Fair is a non-profit making event and surplus funds are distributed to charities and deserving causes. The following charities attended Moy Country Fair in 2023; Blythswood Care, Dog Trust, SSAFA, Highland Third Sector Interface, DKMS, Samaritans, Highland Hospice, Macmillan Cancer Support, Gamekeepers Welfare Trust, Therapet, Save Wildcats, The Country Food Trust, RNLI, Maggie's Centre, Highland and Islands Blood Bikes, Lyme Disease UK and Adopt-a-child.

In years gone by we have also supported additional local charities including Riding for the Disabled, Highland Society for Blind People, Macmillan Nurses, Shopmobility Highland, CLIC Sargent, Marie Curie Cancer Research, Children 1st (Inverness & Moray), RSABI, Meningitis Research, MS Therapy Centre, CCAST, Calman Trust, Yorkhill Hospital, Scotlands Charity Air Ambulance, Archies Foundation Inverness, Combat Stress, Blind Chat, Houses for Heroes, Chest Heart and Stroke, Poppy Scotland, Inverness Women's Aid, Cairngorm Mountain Rescue, Help for Heroes and Highlanders Museum.
