Amber Crowley, Curriculum Lead at UHI Argyll and Lecturer in Horticulture and Rural Skills, University of the Highlands and Islands UHI will provide information on where you can get the skills to move from a small operation to a more commercial scale. Her colleague Andrew Garven will be happy to take any questions around growing mushrooms and setting up a retail operation.
