CPG Rural Policy: Community Benefit , Tax, Land Value Capture

Join SRUC in person or online for the next Cross Party Group in Scottish Parliament on Rural Policy, where they will focus on innovations in Community Benefit, Tax, and Land Value Capture across rewewable energy, natural capital and other globalised rural industries.

Speakers to be confirmed, but tentatively include:

• Westside Estates Group, Isle of Lewis, who recently agreed an innovative community benefit agreement with a windfarm.
• Scottish Land Commission, who will provide an update on their tax work.
• South of Scotland Enterprise, sharing innovative work on land use change and community benefit.
