A new regenerative farming event will be held in Scotland this summer. GO Falkland, hosted on the Falkland Estate in Fife, will bring together speakers from across agriculture, agroforestry, soil biology and food provision, to create a one-day discussion forum for farming businesses and others interested in a profitable, sustainable approach to food production and soil health.

Women in Agriculture Scotland Royal Highland Show Breakfast

The Women in Agriculture (WIA) Scotland Group would like to invite you to their breakfast event in the President’s Pavilion at the Royal Highland Show on Thursday 22nd June 2023 from 8.30 to 10:20, where the theme is ‘Overcoming Adversity in Agriculture’.

The Road Ahead for Scottish Organics

The Road Ahead for Scottish Organics is a one-day national conference where delegates will hear from expert speakers that have a vast range of knowledge in Organic food and farming, soil, cropping, meat and milk production, plus wider views on future developments and policy frameworks.

We will hear from business owners, industry experts, and people working at the front of industry and government organisations.

A flock of woolly warriors were introduced by the Scottish Invasive Species Initiative into woodland alongside the River Deveron to munch their way through invasive giant hogweed plants. The Initiative is led by NatureScot and funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, NatureScot and by in-kind support from project partners and volunteers.
