Managing your wellbeing is an important part of a successful business, and improvements to your own health translate to improvements in your bottom line.

This series is being run in collaboration with Farmstrong Scotland, a wellbeing programme for the farming and crofting sector, sharing peer-to-peer tips and advice. There are always ups-and-downs in farming and to farm and croft well, you need to live well and invest in your number one asset – yourself.

In these sessions we’ll hear from others within the industry about the positive steps they take to improve their wellbeing and how this has had a positive impact on their business. There will also be tools and practical tips on how you can improve your own wellbeing to ensure you live well to farm and croft well.

The meeting starts at 10am and will conclude with lunch. The event is free but please book your space for catering purposes.

This event is part of a series of events. There will be four events this autumn; Halkirk, Grantown-on-Spey, Stranraer and Edinburgh.
