Rural Housing Scotland Conference 2022

The 2022 Rural Housing Conference - "Our Rural Future" - is free and online to allow for wider collaboration and networking opportunities. 

Rural living provides an opportunity for a sustainable lifestyle in the face of climate change and with this conference, the Rural Housing Scotland team want to bring the discussion about rural sustainability back to the communities at the heart of the debate.

Learn about some innovative housing and regeneration projects taking place across rural Scotland, hearing from the communities themselves about how their projects are progressing and their visions for the future.

As well as hearing about the lived experience of these rural communities, explore the policy initiatives which will shape rural futures and discussing where things could be improved to help our rural communities meet their potential.

There's also a chance to discuss the Remote, Rural and Islands Housing Action Plan and listen to the UN habitat Lecture.
