PH8 Community Matters - Community Action Plan Launch

A launch event to celebrate community’s first ever action plan. 
Gathering everyone together is always a great opportunity to discuss community action, and for those of you wanting to delve deeper into the plan, discuss what is going to happen next, get involved as a volunteer or share your thoughts on what you’d like to see happen, there will be plenty of opportunity to open up these conversations.
A Community Development Trust could undertake some of the following activities to take action on our CAP priorities:  

• Buyouts of land for community purposes (affordable housing for example)
• Generation of local employment and business support
• Community owned energy projects
• Broadband connectivity and digital participation
