Studio spaces available on Bressay

Bressay Development Ltd (BDL) have four studio spaces to rent in a large, bright, former classroom.

The studios are in what was the school, which is also home to the Speldiburn Cafe and art gallery, Good As New Shop, community library and a large multi-purpose room (used for workshops, classes, exhibitions and meetings). There is also knitwear/design studio, a resident artist studio and the BDL office using some of the other rooms.

All the studio spaces have access to natural light, with ample worktop space and electrical sockets and public WiFi provided. There is a shared sink and large storage cupboard also in the room as shown on the floor plan. Public exhibition space is available.

There is secure access with tenants provided with their own keys to access the studio.

There are toilets in the building and a car park is provided with the perimeter of the building. Everything is on one level making for ease of access.

Bressay overlooks Lerwick Harbour and is a 15 minute walk from the ferry, which is a seven-minute trip from the centre of Lerwick.

Each studio space is £80 per month, with electric and heating costs included.
