Forestry and Land Scotland - Seasonal Rangers
Forestry and Land Scotland have a number of exciting, fixed term appointments for Seasonal Rangers across Scotland, commencing in March through to the end of October 2023. If you love the great outdoors and enjoy delivering a face to face customer service experience then we’d love to hear from you!
As a Seasonal Ranger, part of your role will be to encourage our visitors to have a safe, enjoyable and responsible visit, in line with the Scottish Outdoor Access Code. This is a key role providing face to face communication, taking appropriate decisions and resolving problems or issues to ensure visitors have an enjoyable experience and their partners are involved and kept up to date. The role also includes practical site management.

THRE (Third Sector Human Rights and Equalities) - Development Officer
This role is based at project partner Highland TSI and you will act as the project’s North of Scotland lead, working with teammates based in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
This role can be home or office based, and they would be looking for you to live in or have a strong current connection to the North of Scotland and an understanding of the issues and needs of third-sector organisations working in this part of the country.
As one of the projects Development Officers, your core role will be the development and delivery of courses and resources alongside building relationships and working with the third sector in the north of Scotland and the network of Third Sector Interfaces (TSIs) in your area.
