Larger organisations and businesses that have smaller staff teams based in rural regional areas are also eligible for the training.
Training will be delivered online (2x2 hour sessions) and covers:
- What is mental health?
- An introduction to some common mental health conditions
- A 4-step process to building supportive conversations
- Providing initial pathways to support
- How to look after you own mental health and wellbeing
