Net Zero Scotland Projects Conference

As we recover from the impact of the pandemic on our lives and livelihoods, we know that it will not be enough to go back to the way things were before. The science is clear, we know that human activity is changing our climate and that this will have a devasting impact on human lives, the economy, and the natural world – ranging from the extinction of some species and the melting of ice caps to extreme weather patterns threatening our homes, businesses, and communities.

Since the last conference together in March 2023 at Dynamic Earth much has changed. But the case for mitigating climate change by achieving a net-zero economy by 2045 is louder and more urgent than ever!

After delivering the eighth annual conference and their first in person conference since the corona-virus pandemic in the re-branded guise of Net Zero Scotland - Accelerating the Transition to a Net Zero Nation, Evolutional Events have decided to up the ante once again for their dedicated, Scottish net-zero followers in 2024.

With the successful introduction and launch of the Net Zero Club at the 2022 conference, a members only club designed for those with net-zero projects to have the platform to be able to turn their environmental promises, commitments and targets into much needed action. The club will unite the wide variety of net-zero projects into a single space, demonstrating that the net-zero agenda is not only productive, significant and succeeding but will be a force for change, giving its members the tools to accelerate net-zero.

With a huge focus at the 2024 conference around public and private sector's net-zero plans and projects, the aim to deliver and to celebrate excellence of past and present net zero projects in Scotland.

The conference aims to recognise outstanding net-zero project achievements by Net-Zero Club members, individuals, companies, groups and industry leaders from around the globe all focused on delivering the same ambitions by sharing knowledge and helping each other to accelerate the transition to a net-zero nation by 2045.
