Meet the newest members of the LEADER Delivery Team

Hannah Wynne, LEADER Administrative Officer

After previously working in an admin/finance based role within the car industry I fancied a change!

I recently joined the Scottish Government at the end of January. I process claims ensuring the LAG gets paid, help with a busy query mailbox, arrange meetings and many other admin tasks that help to support the overall team. The LEADER team has made me feel very welcome and I am looking forward to the next few months of learning new tasks.

My hobbies are – catching up with friends, taking my dog nice long walks and cooking (when I have time)!

Alice Caldwell, LEADER Administrative Officer

After graduating in German language studies, I worked for several years as a teaching assistant and translator in Hamburg, Germany, before returning home to join VisitScotland as a visitor services advisor where I used my language skills to spread my love for all this country has to offer. As I became more and more interested in environmental issues, I completed a course in marine biology and began volunteering with the Marine Conservation Society in educational outreach and research.

In my new role as LEADER Administrative Officer, I complete financial claim checks and carry out project monitoring as well as organise stakeholder meetings and assist LAG staff with any queries they may have.

In my free time I represent MCS at events, love playing my guitar and try to spend as much time as I possibly can exploring Scotland’s stunning coastlines.
