Net Zero Arran's David Henderson

Farmer David Henderson is part of a RISS group trying to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from farms on Arran. He hopes impeccable environmental credentials will give the island a commercial advantage. Scottish Apples' Roger Howison

Roger Howison is growing apples and barley together in a silvorable system on his mixed livestock and arable farm in Fife. As part of the Scottish Apples RISS group, he is trying to bring forgotten Scottish varieties, and a commercial apple industry, back to Scotland.
