The Future of Rural Social Enterprises in Europe

Join in a round table discusson on the future of rural Social Enterprises in Europe.

The event will include a short introduction to the ViSEnet project and features guest speakers from across academia and policy-making in Ireland, Scotland, and Estonia. Discussions will cover themes including:   

• Research needs and future co-operation  
• Promoting social entrepreneurship in society  
• Rural social enterprises, benefits, and experiences  

All with an interest in rural social enterprise, sharing ideas and exchanging knowledge are welcomed to attend. The aim of the discussion is to encourage European communities to work together to better meet the needs and aspirations of rural areas, and to support rural social and community enterprises.
