Field Lab: All Over Clover

At the first Field Lab meeting in February challenges of establishing herbal leys without carrying out a full reseed were discussed with some options highlighted. 

Since then farmer Bryce Cunningham has developed a Field Lab plan, informed by Holistic Management training that he’s been on. This plan will focus on the root causes of issues that he’s having, like soil compaction.

Come hear more about his ideas and plans – how he’s redesigned the grazing system on the farm and what he hopes to achieve with his grass swards. This will involve a trip to one of the trial fields to look at, and assess, his grass quality.
