Community Business Forum - Opening & Closing Routines ; Best Practise

This Zoom discussion hosted by the Plunkett Foundation runs through the important requirements and recommendations for regular routines at the start and end of daily trading. With volunteers often covering many of these tasks, the session will aim to provide helpful, simple and practical advice from people experienced in community businesses. From cleaning to cashing up, taking temperatures to setting alarms, closing coffee machines to processing wastage, there is a lot to think about. The content will be relevant for new community businesses or those already trading but wanting to make sure they’re covering all the requirements. We’d welcome input from businesses prepared to share advice and thoughts on this subject too.
