The 2016 Scottish Charity Awards are now open for entries in seven categories.

Has your organisation achieved something special this year? Does your charity have an exceptional employee? Do you know somebody who has made an outstanding contribution to a charity or cause?

The annual Scottish Charity Awards are run by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) and celebrate the achievements of the third sector.

Young people's views on a range of money-related issues are being sought by a national charity.

Young Scot, the youth information and citizenship charity, are carrying out an online survey to gather views on everything from bank accounts to mobile phones to payday loans.

If you are a young person having problems with money, Young Scot want to hear from you. The stories you tell will help them understand how Young Scot can help you and other young people manage their money.

There is still time to make your nominations for this year's Sunday Mail Young Scot Awards.

These annual awards shine a light on the positive contributions young people make every day and provide a fantastic opportunity to see their efforts and dedication celebrated.

The award categories are:

A short film produced by the Scottish Rural Network Support Unit highlights some of the cultural and social benefits of the International Farm Youth Exchange Programme.
